Beautiful double rooms for a very reasonable price. However, be careful not to check in after 10pm (they send you an email once you've booked) as you have to pay €10. A bit steep. Otherwise, great experience all round.

The location was perfect for seeing the sights, but off a busy road, so I recommend earplugs. The staff was friendly, but there was never anyone at the front desk.

Our "dorm" was more like a sparkling guest house room with 4 beds, two balconies, huge windows, brilliantly clean. The shower was brilliant. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Common room didnt have internet, but lots of couches and a big screen for movies. Would definitely stay here again, walking distance to everything you need.

It was clean, the staff were very friendly and they even asked you to fill out a questionnaire asking how the hostel could be improved. The only negatives were that there was no cooker in the kitchen and the breakfast might have been better. Apart from that, a very nice hostel in the heart of the historic city, and I would definitely return.

The person who made the check in was cold (it was 8h40 in the morning, maybe she was still sleepy), her colleague was worse, and we had the feeling to be just a credit card ... We imagined to be in Siberia 50 years ago ! Seriously, for this price, the room (with TV - 5 channels) was not extraordinary, the street dirty and the proximity of the Cathedral and train Station was the only positive things. Well, we won't come back in Palazzo Savona !

The couple room is perfect, with air conditioning and TV. Perfect! Seems like a hotel 3 stars! The bathrooms are clean and the breakfast is ok. There is a living room with projector to see any movie and/ or hang out.The personal are helpful.It\'s only 4 to 5 minutes walking to some GREAT sightseeing at Palermo!
