In this case, they do deserve it. If you ask for something, they just point a place where you can find the info and don't even look at you. It was in summer and I arrived on friday and the a/c was broken (really hot room). When I ask about it, they just told me "...nothing to do until MONDAY"... I was leaving on monday. Except for the location, I DO NOT recommend it at all.

DON'T EAT THE BREAKFAST.

Nos dijeron que los jóvenes no comerían pan, pero no es la verdad. El pan nos faltaba mucho. Teníamos desayunar en un bar y así que somos muy jovenes, entonces no tenemos mucho dinero era casi fatal. ---- El suelo de la habitación 001 era demasiado sucia. --- Aprecíamos mucho que el hostal está abierta 24 horas.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Australia 18th October 2008 Male 18-24 1/5 Comments: we found urine stains on our matress and when we opened the sheet up it was filled with hair and grot. the shower only ran for 16 seconds (we timed) and when we complained the lady told us to use a different shower which ran for 20 seconds. the rooms were really the smallest thing id ever been in , filthy place do not stay here! just believe me!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Spain 18th October 2008 Couple 41+ 3/5 Comments: Como usuaria de silla de ruedas me instalaron en la habitación adaptada.Mi sugerencia es que dicha habitación dispusiera al menos de una cama individual y con mayor altura de la actual,ya que nuestras limitaciones fisicas hacen casi imposible el uso de camas literas por nuestras dificultades de movilidad y necesidad de ayuda para ciertas actividades personales.Tambien sugeriria la instalación de un WC algo más alto para facilitar la traslación al mismo desde la silla de ruedas.Gracias.

The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and all the facilities were fine. All the female staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but one boy was quite rude and practically threw the luggage room keys at me!(Although I did have the audacity to ask him for them whilst he was on his mobile phone, so perhaps it was justified!!)I would certainly stay again and recommend this hostel to others.

C'est très bien et très économique. Juste une légère difficulté : je n'ai pas pu avoir accès à mon compte en Français une fois la réservation effectuée par le biais du boobking proposé par Ryanair... Mais peut être m'y suis-je mal pris pour effectuer ma recherche. Dans tous les cas c'est très bien et si je reviens à Valencia je réserverai certainement dans cet hôtel.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Italy 24th September 2008 Male 25-30 3/5 Comments: Staying in the 4th floor, there was only onebathroom with only one washbasin, for the whole floor (3 toilets and 3 showers).......they could have done better, one washbasin for the whole floor is not much if in the morning everyone is in the line to brush..... Chek out at 11 a.m. (that's good), excellent location, free internet till 1 a.m. air conditioning in every room. Very good place to stay in, right in the city center (could not be closer) - except for the bathroom on the 4 th floor.
