I have still not got my deposit back so I'm not sure whether this is there fault or travs. This mistake cost me a lot of money in finding another hostel last minute. My advise is to make sure that they can deliver what they promise.

But no regrets staying here.

Couldn't reccommend it more highly.. the only downside would be that the hot water ran out reasonably quickly for 3 people.. so you would have to wait 15 minutes or so for it to reheat between people.

Apart from that, it is nice to feel like at home when on a holiday, and to have your livingroom kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a clean bathtube in a nice bathroom. I may be back next time but it will be back if I find that the carpet hell was not an isolated incident!

I've always heard that hostels in England aren't clear and sometimes with rats in rooms. Not in ths case: the hostel is new and clear. In our room we found also a LCD television and a new antifire system. If you want to smoke you can make it on the balcony. Beds are confortable and there is a kitchen you can use to cook everything you want. The staff is kind and careful (a special thanx to the blond pole? girl,unfotunately I don't know her name :-(..... The location is very close to the underground station of Kilburn Park(about 20 minutes to reach the City) and in 20 meters from the entrance of the hostel you'll find an internet point, a cool pub open till 2 o'clock and a bank. If I'll come back in London I'll go in this hostel,no dubt.

I will and I would recommend appartments to all my friends. Although the railway station is just a few meters away the noise isn't so disturbing and after a whole day off walking we slept like a bears. I would only recommend the towel change at least every two day, while we stay there for five nights and towels weren't changed for all five days. But to make conclusion it is a great property with excellent location and connections to he city (15 minuts with tube)...

Abbiamo speso 30 euro a testa a notte per un appartamento da 4 (2 in una camera matrimoniale e 2 in un divano letto in cucina molto comodo) con bagno (pulitissimo) cucina (non altrettando pulita ma rimediabile) e tv a schermo piatto. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto efficiente: hanno cercato per noi su internet alcune informazioni per aiutarci a migliorare il nostro soggiorno. Solo un piccolo neo: non hanno pulito il bagno nè cambiato le asciugamani per l'intero soggiorno ma dopotutto è un appartamento non un hotel. Negozi aperti fino a notte tarda nelle vicinanze e un incantevole pub. Lo consigliamo a tutti !!!

However, It's absolutely fantastic to stay in So Apartment. To be honest, I won't consider it as a HOSTEL, I will say IT IS A HOTEL. So far, I've lived in around 20 different hostels in UK. This is the best of the best. Firstly, you can't find such helpful staff anywhere else (maybe there are some in 5-star hotel). You always find a staff solving ur problem, even in midnight. Everything are well prepared before u move in, e.g. towels, cookery and cutlery. Location is perfect, just 4 mins walk from Kilburn Park Tube Station . You can go to central London in 10 mins. (if you think 10 mins is too long, pls sleep with homeless :) . There is a Tesco underneath, 30 secs walk is the maximum unless u need a wheelchair. Very tidy and clean, same as living in a hotel. Nice 26" LCD TV ( will be better if the channels hv been tuned ). Great value of money, perfect for a group of people. Really can't find a better one in London. There is a small problem with room number ended with 1,2 and 3 because they are facing the street, and a pub called Westbury(food in there is crap, don't try it) and a Tesco . Imagine what will happen. LOL Overall, I will recommend So Apartment to everyone. You will get more than u have to pay. Thanks again to the helpful receptionist. You really add value to this hostel.

About 15 minutes out of the city. very accomidating, we were both sick when we arrived, and really nice to have rented an apartment, Had a washer, tv, heated towel rack!!! Beautiful apartment. Really meant more for a family, but we had been backpacking for a month so it was nice to just relax in a quiet place alone.
