| Comments: Good location near the Westbahnhof, TIP: use the trams 5 and 48 to get about, easier than underground. Had 2 nights in a double room which was tiny and then 3rd night in a triple which was massively better, so if at all possible book the bigger room would be my advice otherwise you are living in a very very tiny flat like a boat interior. |

| Comments: After staying in hostels, it was nice to have a big room to ourselves. Comes with fully stocked kitchen and clean facilities. It was nice, although the staff and location could have been better. |

| Comments: We booked two double bedrooms and were given two bedrooms in completely different buildings even though the room next to ours was empty the whole time. There is no left luggage facility which is annoying if you're travelling late in the day Reception is on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings which is annoying if you find your room is in a different building. There are loads of signs around the hostel telling you what not to do - very bossy. It was clean, quiet and private though. |

| Comments: The location is quite good and easy to find. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean. We booked a double room. It\'s quite large inside. The kitchen is good too. But the staff is not helpful. When we settle the payment, that woman is like very sleepy and not welcoming and talk with us impolitely. |

| Comments: The hostel is hard to find, as the name of the street provided in the instructions was different from the name of the street, ie one was shorten. Given that we're new to the place and doesn't know the language, so, it was hard. |

| Comments: the staff is not present in the building and share the appartement with 2 others rooms is okay. The decoration of the room is ugly, but all the things you have at home is there. Great. |

| Comments: In general was good. But what is worse, the last day we left the suitcases save anywhere (in one room), and we had to pay a locker at the bus station.
But the trip was on vacation and Wien is a very beautiful city.
Owners Lauria Rooms & Apartments are the same as those of apartments Alessa also offered in trav.com. Gave me a room in Apt. Alessa. And had paid and booked a room at Lauria Rooms & Apartments. (But overall was well). |

| Comments: Hostel was kept very clean with cleaning stuff everywhere, so if you are a real germophobe you can take care of it. The apartment is not so much an apartment but rather about 5 rooms that share bathrooms and kitchen in a building other than the one reception is located. |

| Comments: I had a very good time at Laoria, so good that I almost don't want to recommend it so I can stay at my room when I go back there. The rooms were very pretty and cozy and private. I would recommend for a group to go together and stay in rooms cause it was all a part of an apartment. The location was good, short walk to ringstrasse and even shorter with bus. The security was good, and the neighbourhood seemed very quiet and nice anyways. We did not se to much to the staff but there isn’t any need for that either since it isen't a hotell. Rooms were cleaned every day when we were out. Fun is what you self make of it and we did have a good time, it was an easy environment to enjoy ourselves. Clean towels, and kitschen. Loved it! |

| Comments: The location is close to the train station and about 20 minutes walk to the center city. Our hostess was very helpful with sufgesstions. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was adequate. Internet cafe and grocery store right across the street. Our room was a little cold and the space heater was noisy but overall a good budget choice. |

| Comments: we booked at "lauria apartament" but we get a room in "Alessa Apartment" and we found out this once we arrived, even if I had sent an email to lauria and the room was confirmed.
anyway the location is closed to the center, but it is no that good for a girl if she is alone, you know what i mean.
very good cleanliness. |

| Comments: we were speed-interrailing, 6 cities in 2 weeks! this place was good value, big enough room, clean, good showers (needed badly cos it was freezing and wet in Vienna when we were there!). Landlady seemed to be always "just outa bed" whenever we called, but was pleasant enough |

| Comments: When we arrived the staff were not there to meet us, despite being told they would be. Instead our keys were hanging on the front door with no ´welcome´at all. Not even a map or any info of the city.
The only time we saw the staff was to pay.
They say they are there for you for check in and emergencies outside their receptions hours. Which they are at a cost of 50euro so hopefully nothing goes wrong.
There were only 2 showers and 2 toilets on our floor. We usually had to wait for a toilet and a shower which was annoying.
I guess for the price it is not too bad, but I wouldn´t recommend it. |

| Comments: It's ironic they stress so much to be quiet in consideration of the neighbors - one of the neighbors was extremely loud. Death Metal and what can only be described as maniacal laughing late at night and early in the morning. Other than that, though, conveniently located, and the kitchen is sparse but convenient. |
