We found the service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. At the hostess' advice, we also ate at the pub 300 yards down the road and the food was great A very good experience all round and we will definitely be staying there again the next time we need a stop-over in Gatwick.

That's the best place to go if you want to be out of town but still near (30 min from London using the Gatwick express) and close to the airport. The staff is wonderful and they even give you a ride from/to the airport! We would defenitly go back to this hostel. It deserves a 10 out of 10!

They came to the airport to pick me up with in 15 min of my call, and were great at giving direction for places to eat and for some leisure activities. Would definitely stay there again. And if by chance you can't find the courtesy phone for this place at the terminal, a taxi is only about 6 pounds.

Although we were only there for one night, she helped us with directions and gave us recommendations for what to do. She serves a hearty breakfast too! My only concern was that the towels and linens weren't that clean.

Such nice people too, they so welcoming and polite. They cook up a very good breakfast in the morning also! There fridge was always full of good food and the room (Double Room) was very well takin care of and very comfy bed. Location is perfect for anyone who wants a peaceful day/night near the airport and the mess of London!

The proximity to the airport and the courtesy shuttle make the location ideal for travelers. The staff are wonderful - friendly and very accommodating. As well the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I returned home last nigth my parents told me that they had phoned to chat but you guys must have forgot, but thes things happen sometimes. Other then this everything was wonderful. You guys were very friendly, we loved that your services include pick up and drop off at the airpport and the breakfest was the best on our trip.
