Eventually they found us a twin in another part of the hotel which was average, but we were just too tired to care. We later booked for another night but saw that for value for money we got a much better deal elsewhwere. Would not recomend them. Regards Maggie

The transfer from the airport was charged £5 one way, although it did not appear anywhere on the website despite the misleading \"no hidden cost\" mention at the end of the page. The room hadn\'t been cleaned, there remained litter and hair from previous guest. Not to mention the big moisture stains on the wall and the cockroach under the bed! Finally, the bed was noisy and the insonorisation poor. At the end, without the airport to attract guests who don\'t have any other choice but to spend the night there, they would have closed a long time ago. Thanks

However , we received a warm welcome with friendly efficient staff. On returning home and checking paperwork it does seem that out online paperwork suggests accommodation to pay £53.10, but was actually charged £63.10 for accommodation on check out?

We were disappointed with our room. Dirty plates had been left in the room, the light in the bathroom would not come on, and only one of us could have a shower because the drain was plugged. We left early in the morning before the regular staff were around and we did not have time to wait until it was fixed. It is unlikely that we would recommend this establishment.
