There were no towels. After the first day, I found some clean towels in the hall way. The check in staff at the hostel were very friendly. Over all I would say, an excellent experinence and would recommend you!

The apartment was very clean and large. The staff were extremely friendly: pointing out local hot spots, offering DVDs, and just generally being very nice. The location of the apartment was in the heart of Leidseplein. It is next to a night club so it was loud around midnight, but you are literally in the middle of the night life. We had a great time and definitely plan to revisit.

The best trip of the world!!!!

Nice big open and bright apartment (we had number 2) with a separate double bedroom. There was a double bed and 3 single beds in there, so it'll happily fit a group of 5 friends. There IS noise from the many restaurants, bars and cafes on the street, but if you want quiet, best not to look for smack-bang-in-the-middle of Leidseplein! Great cafe called Rokery opposite too!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Australia 5th June 2007 Couple 25-30 3/5 Comments: We stayed in the Apartments for 3 nights offered by this hostel. They put us at the top of a building (apartment 4), an attic apartment, and it was horrible. The 'double bed' was two single beds pushed together on the floor. We considered this totally unacceptable for the price of 150 euros per night, as we previously paid 130euros for an amazing apartment for the previous two nights. We complained after the second night, and they moved us downstairs to another apartment (number 2) which was MUCH bigger and a whole lot better. Apartment number 2 was nice, just stay away from from apartment number 4!!! One feature that was awesome in both apartments was the cable tv (with the porn channel). Overall, we were definately not impressed by the attic apartment, but the other one was decent and clean (and it had a real double bed). Just check to make sure you dont have to stay in apartment 4.

Bet the staff was VERY helpful and took care of everything. The apartment was much better than what I expected. During the holiday, hotels and other hostels were all booked up or asking 120 euro minimum! My girlfriend, and another buddy stayed there for 83 euro a night. The apartment room was outstanding, very clean, and in a very conevenient location; right near leidseplein square. I normally one who doesnt fill out reviews after staying somewhere but this place was exceptional!

Very nice apartment, clean, but a little hard to find for someone arriving for the first time. Apartment office also hard to fiind. Directions should be simplified. Also, make sure you have pymnt in euros, no charge and no us dollars. Overall great experience.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 18th February 2007 Female 18-24 4/5 Comments: We stayed here and requested a 3 bedroom and were suprised to find 2 double beds, a cot, and a couch where we could have easily housed our other friends in town. Overall, the apartment was amazing, however, the club next door, and the 2 across the street will keep anyone up that isn't planning on drinking heavily and coming home to pass out. Very very clean however-- had a full kitchen and everything.
