Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 5th April 2008 Mixed Group 31-40 2/5 Comments: The location wasn\\\'t as bad as the accomodations, our reservations said two rooms with private baths. We had one room with one bath, no heat and it was freezing at night, the bathroom was falling apart, the beds were very uncomfortable, we paid over 400 euro for crap. However this hostel is located in the town of Balestra, and the town is a beautiful place. I/We would not recommend this location to anyone. We did finally get heat the final night, but by then our family was already ill.

The city was wonderful, though due to the poor transportation is was very hard to get around the island and see the sites. THings close early in ballestrate so it was really boring at night, especially with no radio and a tv we couldnt figure out how to work!
