The apartments are 50 m2, with a kitchen and bathroom as well as separate living and sleeping areas, suitable for 2 to 6 people. The room rate is based on occupancy with a maximum of 4 people. Additional guests will be charged on arrival (15 EUR per person / night). The apartments Wilmersdorf districts of Berlin. The apartments are easily accessible by car and the Bundesplatz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is also just 150 metres away. Check-in 14:00 to 22:00. Other times by arrangement (for arrivals after 22:00 there will be an extra charge of EUR 20). Early check-in is only possible if the previous clients depart before 11:00. As we do not have a 24-hour reception we kindly ask that guests call our duty mobile number one hour before arrival so we can arrange to meet them at the apartment.
