| Comments: Not for people, who are looking for a fun, but very comfortable and nice appartment, only one disadvantage was the distance from a metro station.
Highly recommending for everyone. |

| Comments: We checked in at the suggested time and the apartment was not ready. A few hours later and it was in the exact same filthy condition as previously. We were charged extra for sheets and towels that were in NO fit condition to be used. They were torn and dirty. Cheap was not cheerful but denigrating. Shocking service from the guy in charge. Very aggressive. For a pleasant stay in Paris DO NOT stay here or have anything to do with the Hotel Richard that it belongs to. |

| Comments: Without a doubt this was one of the dirtiest places we have stayed in for a long time! The bathroom in particular was revolting. The toilet had not been cleaned in weeks. We poured boiling water over all the dishes before we used them. The general grime and dust in the main sleeping area was appalling. I would not recommend this place to any other traveller unless you are very desperate. Note: you have to take or hire your own linen. The website doesn't tell you this and the very grumpy staff member we encountered on our arrival at 10pm did not offer us linen for our first night! The only thing this place has going for it is its location - though not easy to find at first. My advice: Avoid! |

| Comments: The apartment is in a good location and in a secure building. It is very basic, which is what I would expect for the price. However, it is quite dirty and had not been cleaned at all between visitors when we arrived. The staff were only marginally pleasant and not very knowledgeable. That said, I would stay here again for the value-- I would just come armed with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. |

| Comments: We had a great time in Paris and staying in apartment was perfect for us. The Bastille apartment was located on a quite street and was easy to access from the metro. A few negative things though - forks, knives, plates etc were really dirty, don't think the guest before us bother to clean them at all. One chair was also broken and someone could have hurt themselves if we didn't had discovered it in time. |
