Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat dat echter in slechte staat verkeerde zodat we in het guesthouse konden logeren. Ontbijt goed, personeel chagrijnig! Guesthouse zowat aan het strand en twee minuten lopen van metro. Paella mee te eten tegen geringe vergoeding. Valencia is aanrader, wel wennen aan bijzonder laat op de avond openende restaurants... Goed weekend gehad! AANRADER, MAAR NIET IN HET OUDE COMPLEX!

Room in a homelike apartment of four rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Helpful staff. Close to F-1 Circuit amd great beaches. Nice bars nearby, but closing early. Problems with keys and locks, happened to manage, but this to be corrected. In any case, recommend warmly.

Good bus and metro connection - you can get to the centre with no problems in 10-15 minutes. The flat was really nice, renovated and clean. I think it always depends on the neighboors you get, we, at least, were very lucky. The only problem might be shared bathroom, especially if the flat is full of girls :) And Jason is super sweet! :) Will stay again for sure and recommend to friends

It was more or less like a flat share, but I felt so comfortable there, met some really nice people there... It was very close to the beach and also just a stone's throw away from the next metro station or bus stop, to get into the city. And all shops just right around the corner. Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Spain 1st July 2008 Couple 18-24 3/5 Comments: great location close to the beach nice rooms and kitchen is fine, however we did find a cockroach in the bathroom which wasnt too pleasant. it is a good base to see valencia, if your only looking for somewhere to put your head down. to get to the beach its only a short walk and a metro stop just around the corner to reach the city. not much of an atmosphere as it is really an apartment but as a couple we didnt mind too much might be a problem if looking to meet people.

There was a full kitchen so we were able to make and store food. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and GREAT bars/clubs! The guy\'s running this welcoming place certainly became very good friends of ours, and we\'d definitely recommend this as being one of the best places to stay in Valencia. The kitchen (fridge/freezer, sink) and bathroom (tub) are worn out and very unhygienic. The rooms (furnishing and curtains) are outdated and worn out. Sharing only one bath/loo and fridge with up to 9 people is very poor. Better management, cleaning and some houserules could improve this place. IKEA is available in Spain, so please go there and pick up some much needed new furniture and a larger fridge.

Straight shot on metro/one transfer to tram to get there from the airport. Cafe and grocery store nearby. Sheets on bed smelled musty - didn't seem too clean. Location overcame this drawback.

In fact the bathroom got quite filthy while we were there. Location was good if you only wanted to go to the beach but was so far from the downtown area that we had to taxi back and forth when we went clubbing.
