However, it does feel a bit institutional, and not really within walking distance of much that you would want to do or see, so you need to catch the metro/tram etc to get to most places. Still, a good place if you need a safe and clean environment.

Everything is paid. Internet (4 euros per hour), towel, the lock to use in the room's locker etc. Also, the location isn´t that nice, like 4 long stations to the center town. Anyway, the rooms, although tinies, are very clean, the breakfast (included) is good and the staff is ok. Not an unforgettable hostel, but you will be just fine there

Good security with lockers and keycards for every room. Staff has very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms/bathrooms cleaned every day. Not a very great lounge/bar/hangout area so wasn't too fun. Stay at the Meininger Hostel which is just down the street if you're looking for fun as it has a WAY better hangout/bar/lounge area.

You will get a super clean and safe room althought you have to share with the others. The lockers were provided but you need to have you own key. Breakfast was wonderful. I love there ! The rooms etc were emaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. One thing that would hep, a kettle to make a cuppa after along day walking around Vienna, and maybe a small microwave. In New Zealand all our hostells have kitchens , which helps with the budget. Again thanks for the stay- will highly recommend to friends. Mrs S Marx

The staff is very friendly, they even helped us when having some problems with the car. I would recommend it to everyone.
