It's only 5 minutes walking from bus station, the woman who owns the house is more than helpful, the breakfast was delicious. me and my boyfriend stayed in double bed room en-suite, it was very clean, comfortable, we felt as in our own home. Would strongly reccommend. The best choice :)

The cooked breakfast was great too! The only drawback was that our room was at the front and it did get a little noisy late at night (we stayed fri/sat) but this was a minor issue, overall we were very happy and would definitely go back

The room`s decoration, furniture, especially the bed were like in the four stars hotel, everything was picked up with taste, it is easy to spot the female hand in it. The room was very clean, quite big....very comfortable. We were more than pleased. I can surely recommend this place to anyone, who would like to have great time in Inverness like we had.
