| Comments: Check before booking coz one of the rooms can be just below the staircase and will leave you cramping for space |

| Comments: Very very very poor clearness and character. We had many problems to find out a decent room to sleep with tardive intervention of the manager. |

| Comments: Cheap for a BnB? That’s because is it basically a hostel. Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was continental. Rooms were locked by key code which probably never changed. Our ground floor room had a broken window latch, so we had street noise. Shower+toilet shared with 2 other rooms. One was a family with 2 children. We know this because the walls were thin. If you want a BnB, try elsewhere. We went down to the Highlander Hostel to use the internet there and it seemed nicer then the BnB. |

| Comments: I would appreciate a hanger in the bathroom; the shower cubicle is quite small; the self-shutting mechanism on the bathroom door is very annoying. |

| Comments: It would have been useful to have instructions for driving or walking. I think my ratings are really more hostel like. The plastic coated pillows and materasses don't rate high for a B&B and the rooms are very small. |

| Comments: Well located: close enough to the city center for facilities, and far enough to be quiet. The women in the house was very nice, but the office was in other place where one has the feeling that they have enough guests. I missed a private bathroom and a Scottish breakfast (the price was high enough for that) |

| Comments: This is not a B&B. It is a hostel. No breakfast is included and there are no shared areas such as a loungeroom. |

| Comments: I found this bed and breakfast really easy, after arriving in Inverness.
The house & Bathrooms were very clean. The girl who checked us in was very helpful, and offered to open the kitchen early, so we could have breakfast before we left. The house was extremley security consious as every customer is given their own set of front door keys, to lock behind them. Would definatley Stay here again. |

| Comments: Not really a B&B at all. No breakfast. Booked a double got given bunk beds. The reception is down the road but they don't tell you that which is a bit annoying. Definitely wouldn't stay there again. |

| Comments: Was most disappointed. This was not a BnB to any stretch of the imagination as it was linked to the Highlander Hostel. No reception staff on site so we had to ring several times to find out that we had to go to the Hostel to get the keys. The security was dismal. Woke up one morning and a homeless person was snoring very loudly in the hallway. Breakfast times was always promised but never delivered. Would not stay here again for the price. |

| Comments: There was no one on site to check us in and if we hadn't located the maid downstairs we would not have known to go to the hostel to check in... there was NO sign... very time consuming and anxiety causing. |

| Comments: In the bathroom and the room was no facility to put things on. There was no bin in both rooms.
The kitchen was only opened in the morning. We cannot use the frigerator over night. |
