TV didn't work either. We reported this and were assured it would be fixed but wasn't. We were staying for 9 nights so would have been helpful. All in all excellent holiday though.

Me and my brother had each a convertible couch wich was the size of a doublebed. The apartment was simple but clean and had everything you could need for a weekend or a week. The location was excellent but I wouldnät reckommend it to anyone that wants a quiet night. At the square outside they had live music, a bar and during daytime it was a market. So it was not a sleeping holiday. The location was otherwise excellent as it was on the Piazza Santa Spirito (lovely area) and across the bridge you would straight away access all the big tourist areas. Overall both me and my brother was very happy with our stay and I would definatly book this again.

Their office is very hard to locate and then they were less than helpful when we finally arrived. The concept of what they do is pretty cool, but their quality checks of the properties are lacking seriously. They made everything so difficult and then did not have the type of lodging for us that they had supposedly "guaranteed." They had us walk to one apartment on one side of Florence, and then when we arrived at that apartment, they told us it was incorrect (or something along those lines) and then had us walk to another apartment on the other side of Florence. When we finally got there, we had to wait for a half hour (at least) and then they finally got a cleaning lady to come meet us with the key. Needless to say, it was a difficult day, and I will not be using them again.
