Just few members of the staff were able to speak a bit of English and every time I was trying to ask something (even something really simple as a glass of water) I had to struggle. A lovely place, really, but even if I can manage to speak English, French, Italian and Spanish, I felt completely lost. If they want to become important on the international turistic scene, they MUST do something about, especially speaking about the reception staff.
