They arranged for us to stay at another hotel but made us walk there in the rain! On arrival at the next hotel (Los Jerinimos) - considerable negotiation to get the price that we had already accepted online.

The first woman was extremely helpful and nice. But the rest of the staff didn't care. It once took us 20 minutes to get into the room! The shower was broken too. They couldn't change our rooms, but then they didn't even offer compensation. I tried arguing, but they didn't care. Don't recommend at all.
