If you have the possibility to choose another hostal, than you should choose it.

The only recommendation I would have is to improve the showers and not allow smoking in the public areas of the hotel. I highly recommend staying there.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 5th August 2007 Mixed Group 18-24 4/5 Comments: We were a group of three who have all traveled pretty extensively, and we all agreed that this was by far the best place any of us have ever stayed. We didn't read the site correctly and thought that we were staying in Malaga, but this wonderful place (Alazaina) was about an hour outside of it. It was the best mistake we ever made. The people who run it were incredibly hospitable (they gave us several huge water bottles and some fruit when we told them we were going on a hike, free excellent breakfast with homemade marmelade, etc), and the town itself was so friendly. We stayed only three days but everyone everywhere was saying hello to us after our first day. There is a clean public pool about 2 minutes away that serves GREAT and cheap food. The owners gave us recommendations and assistance for all of the best ways to spend our days. And although the town was very very small, there were several night clubs that stayed open late. The building is also a historical one that the owners decorated beautifully, with two outside seating areas and large dining rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE!!
