Brilliant location right in the old town. The lady didn't speak much English at all but was helfpul/friendly and we managed to communicate ok. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Spain 10th September 2008 Female 18-24 4/5 Comments: I think that the pension aduar is very nice decorated and well situated, in the old town, close to the sea... the staff is very friendly and helpful but if you don\'t speak spanish it\'s a bit difficult to communicate... with body language you can still succeed! :) the bed are very confy and everything is very clean except that there was a little problem with a shower when i\'ve been. In conclusion, i\'d advice people to go there except if they\'d rather pay a 5 stars hotel ;)

Strong smell from the sewing system, especially at the ground floor. Most windows are facing the inner yard and the shared toilets area, but having windows closed is not an option, given the climate. Installations are quite shabby. A note on the character:nothing like a hostel,more like a place to get a sleep. Could be your choice if you know where you're going and what to expect. Otherwise unpleasantly surprising at least.

All the rooms are located around a small terrace. Typically South-Spanish! The location is perfect, 5 min. from the beach. 1 min. away from bars and clubs.

The only problem is the staff don't speak English at all, so that was quite difficult. If you have a Spanish phrase book, then you should be fine.

The room was comfortable, the hostel was new and clean. There were some problems, however, - almost every day the light turns off suddenly, TV didnt work in the evening, one full day there wasnt any toiletpaper and the water in the shower was cold!!!

Each night was woken up by drunk Spanish guests who were staying, admitedly we did stay on a Fri & Sat night, but we've never encountered such loud and drunk guests in other hostels before, bring eag plugs. Apart from that, room was small but clean and good arcitecture, very spanish in style and the hostel common areas were attractive and clean.

No free breakfast. But great location. Close to beach and most hoppin clubs in Marbella. Also, very clean, and nice rooms. I would recommend it to my friends. Its also super cheap and worth it.
