Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Canada 23rd October 2008 Couple 18-24 4/5 Comments: This was by far the nicest place we stayed at during our backpacking trip through Western Europe. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Our room was spotless and had a newly renovated bathroom. The only downside was the huge staircase on the street the hostel is on that you have to climb, just take the stairs right outside the Metro, trust me, it's a better idea than the ones by the hostel, especially with all your luggage!

You just have to hope the people in the room with you are really nice. There was also only a shower in our room, we had to walk down the hall to go to the bathroom. The shower only has a curtain to keep you seperate from the others in the room, no door or anything for privacy. Kind of awkward when there was a guy in the room with us that we didn't know. The receptionist was really helpful and nice though.

Our room had a light musty smell, but opening the window fixed that quickly. :) The location was FINE - close to the metro, and close to a bunch of little shops... very nice! Would recommend to friends!

Staff were all terrific: friendly, helpful, informative and multilingual. Good internet access. Great shops and supermarket in close walking distance. Highly recommended; I will stay here whenever I am in Paris.

Despite the fact that the neighbourhood is a bit far form the city center, the hostel is safe and very good located, close to the metro station. Bathroom were very old, not very clean at all and ensuite.

The beds are not very comfortable, The breakfast is included and good, the staff is wellwilling. The location is good, and there is a metro nearby. The atmosphere is a little indifferent.

I dídn't use any "security" features so I can't say much about that. nothing got stolen :) Staff were friendly, breakfast and free internet were awesome! Will stay here again.

No point in making reservations seeing as they don't honour them. I would still like my deposite back of £24.82 seeing as according to all my reciepts that is part of the hostel fee not an extra cost.

Rather easy to get to by metro and about 20 minutes from the north train station. Rooms are somewhat small.

Only a couple of minutes' walk from the sacre cour and a lovely spot with lots of cafes/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and rooms were comfortable.
