| Comments: The hotel standart is simply and for this standart not cheap. However the location is great - 3 min to Arena and City centre. Rooms are good and clean. Only one shared bathroom for every floor!
Breakfast is simple and has not much choises. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay the next visit again there. |

| Comments: Good breakfast included and good location. Otherwise, I found it expensive for the condition of the building and the room we stayed in. The shower and sink both stopped up moments after the water was turned on. The beds were in terrible condition, basically army cots that must have been 20 years old. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff was only mildly helpful as it consisted of two teenage boys - they were the only people manning the desk in the 2.5 days we were there. |

| Comments: The Hotel itself was very clean and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was very good, within walking distance of all attractions. The safety of the city was excellent and I felt safe walking to and from the Hostel. On the down side, verona got pretty lonely and the hostel didn\'t have much social atmosphere, so travceling alone got to be extremely lonely |

| Comments: I think it should be called "Hotel Castle" instead of "Hotel Arena", because it was half a block away from the castle, but 10 mins walk from the arena. The rooms are really nice, but it would be perfect if it's cleaner. The staffs are nice, they tried their best to communicate with us in English. I would recommend the hotel to provide sight seeing map. When I was staying there, there weren't many customers. But I can forsee that when the hotel is full, it won't be enough public bathroom (only 1 bathroom per floor). Breakfast was serve in a nice area, not too much choice of food, but still nice. |

| Comments: We spent only one night, but it was a nice room and had a nice breakfast in the morning in the covered garden, a bit cold, but it must be lovely in summer.Had a stiff neck watching TV as it was placed on top of the wardrobe. |

| Comments: I loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly, they gave me directions to the nearest restaurants that they thought were good. Breakfast was a feast! They need to improve their directions slightly, but basically if you walk to the castello vecchio, and find the street, you will be pretty much looking straight at it. |

| Comments: A bit souless but the location was great. As it is down a small side street the directions provided by your website/the hotel were not really adequate and it did take a bit of hunting to find. |
