Independencia total. Y unos bares muy cercanos con un pescado riquísimo, a la brasa en la misma calle y muy buenos precios.

After having words with the driver we were finally offered the apartment where we stayed. we were not offered the apartment we booked which included reception we had had no cleaner for the complete stay

There are beds for 4 persons but only one room for sleeping and eating.

A modern bathroom with plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. Also very comfy large beds with plenty of blankets and sheets available. The neighbourhood itself is very typical Italian, it is very safe and the locals are very friendly. The tatty neighbouring buildings add to the charm. We all wished we could stay longer!

One morning we found that some other car had damaged a bit of the front, a result of parking a long the narrow road. The equipment in the kitchen was very poor.I had asked for it especcialy and got an answer that it was fully equiped, it was not.

We had to wait on the front step for about a half hour until a woman came and was able to let us in. Apartment style room, in a very residential part of palermo...we were the only tourists in that area. All in all, good hostel, and good trip!

There were little xtras like dishwashing liquid and clothes washing powder which was very handy. The lady Nima that took us to the apartment was great, very friendly and she sat us down and went through the map and were places were in Palermo - very helpful

Highly recommended.

Siamo arrivate alle 4 nella mattina e lei si è svegliata a prenderci.... l'appartamento era enorme, molto comodo, e vicino alla stazione, il centro... tutto. Eppure lei ci ha consigliato i locali buoni a Palermo.... era un salto perfetto a Palermo! Miss Antonella was amazing! We arrived at 4 in the morning and she came to come get us... the apartment was enormous, comfortable, near the station, the downtown... everything. She also gave us great advice on where to go in Palermo. It was a prefect little trip down south!

But, after the checkout we left our luggage in the room because our train was late. When we came back to the room to take back our stuff, after the cleaning for the next customers, we saw the none of the sheets were changed. Which means the people after us used the same sheets as we used, and most probably we did the same with the ones before us. It is unacceptable for a hostel. Though all the rest was perfect, this is enough not to choose this place again.

During the week we stayed there was no change of bedding provided. The towels we actually washed ourselves. We also had to wash any cooking utensils prior to use and it wasn't pleasant to be confronted with partially used and old foods remaining in the cupboards. I consider I paid a lot of money (£56 per night in English money) for accommodation that wasn't clean.
