The office was closed, but luckily someone else was leaving who managed to get our key. She said an email was sent to us with details, but we receivd nothing. Our receipt said we had to pay on arrival, but we saw no one over our stay. They gave a very irritable response to our innocent query on how to pay when we rang. Found out they charged my card as we hadn't handed in our passports. No details were received
