If I were to do it again I would call ahead because the directions they give you are very vague. I would of rather couch surfed if I would of known about the conditions.

Located just next to one of the stations within walking distance of everything you should see... ;))

The "free" internet is buggy (reenter password every 20 minutes) and you are only alloted one free connection per room. Friendly staff only speak French. Clean rooms, great location, strongly recommended.

Suggest taking carnot side, do down the escalator, down the steps, proceed straight through the park, cross the road and before entering the mall turn right and it will take you to their street.

Nice quiete place with very friendly staff, the room was small but clean, good bed and tv, and wi-fi acces. Next to Perrache station so transport is very easy, but walking distances may be longer since the hotel is located on the border of the historic zone.

The walls are paper thin, such that one hears the movement of all those in the hallway and ones neighbours. However, that was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Comme ça, il est facile à accéder par les transports en commun. 3 minutes à pied aussi pour la zone piétonne et une minute à un épicier. Quand même, l’environnement direct est très calme ! On a été acceuilli gentiment et on pouvait toujours demander de l’aide. La chambre: très propre et assez d’espace. => Alors, on peut bien recommander ce joli hotel !

Good location relative to the middle section of Lyon. Cheap for a hotel. Many bars and cafes next to it, as well as supermarkets and laundromats.

Slightly dirty feel, although the room smelled strongly of bleach when we arrived. Friendly staff, but not much English. The wifi doesn\'t work either.

It was easy to find, being close to the metro and the Tram stop, but it's a bit far away from the city center. Our room wasn't very clean, and everything smelt of cigarettes. You can get breakfast cheaper at a local cafe, so avoid the 6 Euros for the petit dejeuner. I'd like to come back to Lyon, but next time I'll be staying somewhere better.

If you catch the tram, stay at ground level and walk out to the road you can see from the station (may need to cross over) to follow the instructions given on the website. If you go upstairs you will get lost! The man at reception was very friendly and helpful with maps etc.

It didn't help that the owner spoke only French, even though he tried his best to understand us and help out. Hotel itself was pretty good and nicely located. Shower could've used curtains. All in all, if you can speak a bit of French, this hotel is certainly recommended.

No real kitchen to use beyond a microwave and some silverware, but in a great location and felt very safe and was super quiet. Cant complain at all
