    The anchor is a 10 bedroom guesthouse and restaurant at the heart of the picturesque village of Annascaul in the centre of the Dingle peninsula. All of our bright and airy rooms offer a high level of comfort even in an Inn that is almost two hundred years old.

    All our rooms are en suite.We have a full al a carte restaurant and will endevour to satisfy all tastes from a wide and varied menu. An excellent packed lunch for the mountain walk is always available. We have a drying room for the odd day that you might find it raining. At the heart of the Kingdom of Kerry a great holiday awaits you.

    When I first came here 50 years ago I knew it was the place I was meant for.
