| Comments: Good hotel in a bad location. Free onsen is a plus, as is friendly staff. 1 AM curfew sucks, but there is no nightlife in this area anyway. |

| Comments: Sumisho is a little hard to find, but the staff is very friendly. There is a 1AM curfew, but this doesn\'t really matter because there is NO nightlife in this area. The free onsen is a plus, as is the friendly staff. The rooms are on par with the Sakura Hotel chain, with comparable prices. Stay in the Sakura in Ikebukuro if you want to be close to nightlife, stay at the Sumisho if you don\'t need to party. The ensuite bathrooms are good, but as I said before the Sakura also has ensuite with the bonus of being in a area filled with shopping, nightlife, restaurants, etc. |

| Comments: Good hotel, good location and helpful staff. The only hotel we visited in Japan where we slept on beds, rather than futon; which was nice for a change. However, with the beds, there wasn\'t much space left in the room to do anything else but sleep.
Only two subway hops away from Akihabara.
It was possible to do laundry here, which was practical. Also, unlike stated in the description, there was no curfew when we visited; so we were able to check out Tokyo\'s nightlife. |

| Comments: A good location, with everything in a distance of 15mins. Staff were friendly and helpful....There are some good Indian and Italian food joints and the usual fast food places. There are about 4 different underground stations near by and a hugh department store for all you shopaholics..
Overall a good, cheap, stay....As you walk in there is a zen garden which was a nice touch. |

| Comments: The 2 person bedroom is SUPER tiny for 2 persons to stay in. my friend and I cant move inside the room at the same time and there is no space for luggage inside the 2 person bedroom, even we only bring a small luggage each. The pictures of the 2 person bedroom at the website is a japanese type of room, very big and new. however, it is completely different from the room i have, tiny, packed, not japanese type, but clean. the 1 person bedroom is acceptable. i am an asian female and what i could say about the toilet is it is extremely small, you can hardly move your body inside it, the roof is not tall enough, i think tall and big body people would have problem using the toilet. The website didnt mention that the hotel have old and new part. I am staying at the old one. The old and new are connected to each other. I think the pictures are taken at the new part of the hotel. They provide shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and old USED slippers. The location is very closed to station, just about 3 mins walk, very convenience, area not complicated, security is good, closed to 7 eleven. The staffs are nice, but not all of their english are good, sometimes it's hard to communicate. |

| Comments: This place is perfect for a business trip. It is remarkably quiet for any work that you need to do. It is located in the center of Tokyo and although there are not exciting clubs nearby, the proximity of restaurants, coffee houses, the subway, and the train station made this place perfect for my needs. The rooms are not for the claustraphobic (and there will be crouching issues for anyone over 6 foot who wants to shower), but the bed was comfortable enough on which to spend the evening studying. The staff was quiet and friendly and the cost affordable. Definitely not a place for the partying crowd, but if you want a quiet place of your own, look no further than here. |

| Comments: This was a run of the mill business hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but clean. Bathroom was the run of the mill unit with the usual complimentary bits. Location was pretty good (just a few minutes walk from Ningyocho metro station), and it was easier to find than lots of reviews said it was.. just come out of the exit from the metro they recommend, walk right go past a seven eleven and then turn right whan a hotel is on the corner.
All in all, an average place that's fine for a qiuck stop, but for better value stay at the Toyoko Inn that's nearby instead.
All when we first checked in they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied, which wasn't very professional. |

| Comments: Convenient hotel with helpful staff. Western-style rooms are rather average but are en suite and have all you need. The station is situation on one line, meaning that getting to the West side attractions is a little inconvenient but it is perfect for visiting East Tokyo as it is on the very useful Hibiya line (Ningyocho station), which is just a 3-4 minute walk. The communal baths are nice, if a little small. |

| Comments: Print out the maps of the place to find it, Tokyo is not easy to find places/addresses.
Noisy doors, but otherwise fine. I slept for 12 hours after my flight here! |

| Comments: The Sumisho isn't a party place or a great hang out to meet people, but the rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. It might be in the budget hotel category but it's more than that. It's close to several train lines as well as a few convience stores and places to eat. It's definitely a good place to stay and the price is right (for Tokyo) |

| Comments: The staff were extremely helpful - they can`t do enough for you. It is a basic room but very close to a subway station that is on a good line - easy access to Ginza, Roppongi, Asakusa and Shinjuku.
I will definately stay here again when I am back in Tokyo. |
