On my floor the toilet and shower locks were brocken and- I don't know if that's just me- I never get laid when I think that somebody can open the door -if someone doesn't know may not check whether the label says vacant or engaged and just push the dor open.

We were rudely awaken at 5.30 in the morning and barked at for being in the wrong room. As it turned out, everybody there was in the right room. The phrase; 'the customer is always right' means that it is up to you to prove him wrong. Not up to the customer. It's unfortunate that you need to be reminded of that.

Breakfast was good enough for me - cornflakes and toast & jam/butter, juice, tea... The bed linen didn\'t look particularly fresh, and the room (4-bedded) was small. Though, for the money paid, it\'s a good option.

They have a good lounge and kitchen and the staff were very friendly. I would go there again.

Friendly staff, good cleaning staff, warm (big tick when in Liverpool) and really nice chill out space with sky sports so you can watch the football. Would stay there again.
