Comments: The rooms were very clean, Mario (the owner) was very nice and helpful, he even set us up with a person tour guide for the afternoon for a reasonable price. We will definately return. Jessica- USA

Comments: Ok for 12 euros but absolutely no facilities, no internet, kitchen, guest room, nothing. Ok to sleep in etc. Staff quite unhelpful and the 3 people in my room all paid different prices! If I'd paid a cent more than 12 euro I'd be very angry.

Comments: not a clean hostel. the toilet didn't work. the lift didn't work. they don't have security lockers in the rooms. the ensuite rooms might be alright, but the dorm room wasn't even finished. the only thing that was accurate about the hostel was that they do have free wi-fi in all the rooms.

Comments: Mario the owner is great, and is very helpful. Its location next to the train station has its advantages and is only a 15 minute walk to the opposite end of town. Overall a great place with very clean and well appointed rooms, with a strong wireless signal throughout. Would stay again for sure.

Comments: I completely agree with Aoife, I also stayed in expensive hotels that were not as nice as Residenza Millennium, perfect location, beautiful room with fresco on the ceiling and also an amazing staff that provides you for everything you need. Can\'t wait to come back!

Comments: The Residenza is the perfect location, a 2 minute walk from the main train station. The security is enormous with a code to get in the front door and another to enter upstairs. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent ensuite.

Comments: Two floors up and the lift did not work. The location 100m from the station is great but there are plenty of other places around. The plumbing smelled.

Comments: Disgusting. This would be about hostel number 26 for us.so we know hostels..Beware that the dorm here is seriously just a room. I was severely dissapointed as the reviews and info indicated otherwise. The private aparments are in a different part..the bathroom for use is completely falling apart eg toilet broken, towel rail fallen off and the shower is barely big enough to stand in. It made me sick. No air con, no breakfast, guy yells at you about the key. It felt like a work camp or something.

| Comments: GREAT location next to the train station, as well as a very nice restaurant. Nice rooms with frescos in the ceiling. We also got to have a nice veranda.
But the owner was very strict. I think he was constantly watching us on the video surveillance in the hallway. Creepy...
Also, the room was not being cleaned the days we were there, and we had to use the same towels every day because we didn“t get new ones. |

Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location could not have been better; literally 1 minute from the train station and a short stroll from the centre of Florence and the Duomo. The room was beautiful with a fresco on the ceiling. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I have stayed in expensive hotels that were not as nice as Residenze Millenium! Should we return to Florence, we will be staying here again without doubt!

Comments: the place itself was wonderful but you could hear everything going on in the main hall out side the room door. it got very noisy sometimes. however, it was a small price to pay for the great location, the really nice owner and the emaculatly clean room. i would stay again!

Comments: Cannot fault hotel for room and location, lovely room and clean ensuite. However its advertised as a BnB, but breakfast isnt included-really should be for the price. Also the owner kept us awake until 6.30am wandering in and out all night and talking so loudly!Worst nights sleep so far!Do not recommend, much better value elsewhere.

Comments: The place was ok to stay in if you're just looking for a bed - though I wouldn't be overly excited about recommending it to anyone. The major problem I had with it was that there was one bathroom (and one toilet!) for everyone, which was at least 10+ people when I was there. It meant it was mostly occupied morning and night so if you needed to go to the toilet you were royally stuffed and had to choose your timing. It was very noisy too (so take earplugs). The week we were there is was HOT and there was no fan or a/c in the room which made for a very hot and restless nights sleep. But the room was nice and big and the bed was fine and comfortable (though the plastic sheet under the regular sheets was a bit bizzare!). However, I did know all this before I booked there, but I didn't think it would be quite as annoying as it turned out to be. I probably wouldn't go back though, I'd look for a place with at least a couple more bathrooms!

Comments: It was not in the best part of town. There was no a/c or fan so we had the window open but it was very loud outside. Cute room though, fresco on ceiling. The bathrooms did tend to be full all the time.
