It was pretty loud and the beds were very uncomfortable, so if you´re just looking for a place to rest, this isn´t the best choice.

La decoración es super chula, e igual el ambiente. Max te ayudará con cualquier cosa y te sacará de marcha por Málaga! You´ll have a great time if you stay in Casa Mata. The atmosphere is great, as is the funky decor. Max is always ready to help you out, and will take u out on the town if u fancy!

I'm sure I'll come back there again. The only one thing: I would suggest refurbishing all bathrooms or getting more showerooms instead of bathtubs, it was bit difficult to find an empty one in the peak hours. Besos a Massimo y Carmen!

Very clean and in the middle of the town's historical centre. Excellent bathrooms and rooms, great furniture. Absolutely nothing to complain about. However, the best thing was the staff and the friendly environment... Parties, friends, drinks... Casa Mata is a real must for those who want to stay in Malaga in the best possible way. We'll return there asap! Casa Mata in our hearts...

They invited me to come out with the other inhabitants of the Casa and eat something. Tapas were good! In the House there was music and television and a computer to join the net. The room was clean, and the shower is good. The only thing that I noticed not too good was: you can hear some noises because of the possibility to come in at every hour in the night.

If you are young or grown-up, male or female, shy or friendly, you will find a really warm environment (and I'm not talking about the weather ;) ) and you will be able to have the vacation you always dreamed of!! Excellent common areas to use creating a vibrant atmosphere where I got to meet lots of people. Staff are always helpful and friendly and even came out with us to the local bars and clubs a few times. Good shower and adequate kitchen facilities.

Totally, therer was too noisy, loud...(I couldn't sleep until 3am.) The worst hostel in my 2008 Europe.

The guy that runs it is really friendy and very helpful. The beach is a 15min walk away and bars etc are really close. It has a homely feel to the place enhanced by the fact that everyone staying there no matter what age were very friendly and lively. Really enjoyed my stay

Ademas de eso en verano el calor es insoportable al no haber aire acondicionado y la unica solucion era dejar la puerta abierta, CRAZO ERROR, el ruido de la gente que llegaba borracha no me dejaba dormir, y nadie le llamaba la atencion. Habia colas para ir al unico baño por planta para soltar todo lo bebido. Aconsejable solo si vas de borrachera y no de turismo.
