| Comments: Initially, the guesthouse was hard to locate (lack of signs out front). The owners were understanding about our late arrival. However, the internet did not work, but overall was a very nice place. |

| Comments: We spent 10 nights in the Roman and Italian Hostel, and we were very pleased on all accounts! The room was beautiful and spacious, the sanitary facilities were functional and clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room nearly every day - something we hadn\'t expected at all. The location is excellent, nearly on top of a metro stop and within walking distance to the Colosseum and - from there - the rest of the city centre. The hostel is small, with only three rooms, which is perfect for people who like some privacy after a hard day of exploring the city. |

| Comments: The guy who checked us in gave us a really quick run down of the city, then left and we never saw him again the whole three days. They never came by to clean or restock until the third day we were there, and even then they never cleaned our room. We were not refunded for one of the nights we didn't stay there, even though we let them know 24 hours in advance. There was no breakfast served at this bed and breakfast place. |

| Comments: If you have any questions you can ask the staff, and when you need help or you want good sightseeing or club suggestions, just ask Claudia and Alex , they will help you. You can take your notebook with you, because there is an W-Lan-Connection at the hostel. |

| Comments: Claudia, one of the owners, was very friendly and gave us a nice map with the attractions we should see in Rome. Our room was big, comfortable and clean although the shared bathroom was small and only cleaned before our check in (3 nights stay and we only saw someone from the staff when we checked in). Although the A/C is a paid service we used it for free with the condition of not using it while we were not at the room. The location of the hostel is great as it is one step (literally speaking) |

| Comments: Excellent location, 10 minutes from the coliseum and 10 seconds from the subway (metro) station. The staff is great. Breakfast : from a north american point of view, it's kind of small... but the quality is really good...you have a cornetto (croissant) + a coffee a few steps from the guest house... |

| Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Roman and Italian Bed and Breakfast. It was clean, nice, the staff was very service minded and helpful and recommended a lot of places (not only in Rome) for us to visit- that was excellent! Claudia is very nice!!
I will really recomend this place- it was very good, near the underground, the big coluseum and also near the trainstation and a supermarket! |

| Comments: It´s right next to the Manzoni metro stop... but the metro only goes till 10pm... so you either take a taxi or walk at night... which just simply depends on what you plan your trip to be like! They give you breakfast cupons for a bar near by... crossaints and coffee... |

| Comments: If you like the staff to go in and out of your room when they want, go for it. If you like to be shouted at for leaving the air-con on for 30mins, go for it.
We arrived and got given the wrong key to get in the front door. When we realised this (we returned at 6pm) we called a few of the mobile numbers, and once we got through, she didn\'t believe us, and then explained her difficulty of being in another part of Rome and hung up. Leaving us outside the hostel for an hour. Brilliant. |

| Comments: Make sure you arrive on time. We came 4 hours late because of traffic and we had BIG problems!
The B&B is very clean and comfy. The room was large, cosy, and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfy. Blinds and air conditioner were indispensable. Also had a small fridge and TV in the room.
Breakfast is 1croissant + 1coffee
Located in a prime location. Subway is 2 steps away from the door. Still, the privacy/isolation from the city noise is excellent. One of the best places we've stayed in Europe. |

| Comments: Make sure you arrive exactly on time. We came 4 hours late because of traffic and we had BIG problems.
The place is very nice and clean. Spacious rooms with good furniture and decoration. There's a very cosy atmosphere and excellent privacy/isolation from city noise. The place is located right in the center of Rome. Air conditioner, TV, window blinds, were all very useful. Overall this was definitely one of the best places I've stayed during my trip around Europe. Would definitely recommend it! |

| Comments: Claudia was such a sweetheart, we really appreciated her going through everything with us and pointing out the must sees and don´t bothers on the map they provided. She was just a friendly person in general and we felt good knowing we were staying with good people. Right next to the subway and so close to town, you can´t beat the location. We´ll definately go back next time we´re in Rome. |

| Comments: I've enjoyed my stay here. The location is amazing - the metro is directly outside the front door. It is on a busy corner so it can get very noisy but the room has air conditioning so I could close the window if it got too loud. |

| Comments: This was a really nice place to stay - the Colloseum was only 10 minutes away and the metro stop was literally on the doorstep. It was almost like renting an apartment for a few days instead of living in a hotel. Very friendly and wonderful! Great time! |

| Comments: Unique set up, apartment recently converted to a handful of private hotel rooms. Very stylish - lcd tv, A/C, private bathroom/shower, own key to enter building, apartment and your room, thus security is excellent. The management has changed since I stayed there, but was superb at the time, even breakfast delivered to your room! Excellent choice for independently minded people who like to come and go as they please. A little hard to find at first, but fine after that, so I\'d advise arriving by daylight to get your bearings. |
