Gemini All Suites are located at 'Viale Spartaco Lavagnini 42 (black)', only 300 metres from Fortress da Basso (congress and exhibition centre), 800 mt from Santa Maria Novella main train station, and from all major important city sights, Uffizi and Academy galleries, Ponte Vecchio, ecc.

Our Suites are the ideal solution both for leisure or business traveller; our strategic position make it comfortable to be reach it by your own car, by taxi if you came from Florence's airport or from train station, however once you get your Suite and do not have your luggage to carry, you can easly walk to downtown within 30 minutes.
We provide luxorius accommodations, 4 Junior Suites and 14 Suites, all Suites are completely renovated on end 2007, are equipped with all modern comforts and private balcony, the double windows sound proof and the location at the fifth floor with elevator make it very quite and your independent privacy during all your stay, possibility to be connected on internet by WI-FI and you can make cheap calls anywhere with SKYPE.
We have limited car parking on inside locked area for 30 Eur per day, (ONLY with reservation), if we cannot confirm parking space do not worry, outside the building you can find lots of public parking spot (public fee needed).
If you feel to be treated as V.I.P. we have settle a special package called 'Signature', all booking with the package of 'Signature' includes car parking on inside area guaranteed, free internet WI-FI connection, on time forniture of basic food and drinks, SKY channels view, dish-washer and washing machine clean products, daily maid service with towels change, ALL above services are included in the room rate if stated 'signature' after the word Suite, services cannot be obtained and pay separately (Only car parking can be reserved and paid separately upon availability).

The kitchen corner has been newly fitted with every modern appliance, utensils, dish-washer, electric cooker and owen, fridge, bread toaster, microwave owen, tea/coffee maker, day & night zone in our Junior Suites morover our Suites are provided with living room with dining table and comfortable double sofa bed, separate bedroom with king size bed or with 2 single beds, private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, sound proof double windows, safe box, self panel control air conditioned or heating, private balcony
VIP SERVICES:
ALL Suites Signature, morover all basic service provided for all Suites are equipped as complimentary of the followings: 1 private inside court car parking guaranteed, free WI-FI internet connection, bathrobe, sleepers, bath amenities, tea & nescafè selections, SKY channel decoder, assorted breakfast box, dish-washer and washing machine cleaning products, daily suite's change and cleaning.
Cancellation Policy 72 Hours.
Check-in BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, please make sure to advise your arrival time in order to provide assistance locally from one of our employee, check-in directly in the Suite's building is possible ONLY from 3:00 pm till 8:00 pm, for early arrival or late check-in you MUST reach the reception of the Hotel Alamanni (Via Luigi Alamanni 35 (black) second floor) in this case you'll need to take a taxi after collect your Suite's key, taxi ride is belong your separate payment directly with taxi driver.
