Comments: Didn't feel particularly welcome and the place had a slightly tense atmosphere...

Comments: Despite how the map looks, it's actually quite far from most of things you'll want to see. The "Free Transport (conditions apply)" likely means that it's the old bait & switch, as we had to walk a good half hour from the bus station. The staff are very friendly, though...and the hostel is a participator in the excellent Adelaide City Bikes free-bike system. It can be very noisy, though, and the walls a really thin, so when there's a group partying, you might as well join them, because you won't get any sleep. Reception closes at the rediculous hour of 7pm (!?!), so if you're arriving late, keep that in mind.

Comments: The staff at the hostel are lovely and hilarious. I wasn't too impressed with the state of the room and the sheets, a tad old and dirty. And don't get too excited about the free breakfast of cornflakes with warm long life milk. There are many lovely cafes around for breakfast though. A fun place to hang out with friends and meet people.

Comments: Friendly establishment with helpful staff who can assist in organising tours. 15-20 mins walk from city but free connect bus picks up directly outside hostel. Rooms basic but adequate.

Comments: The staff were ok, they had backpackers working for them who didnt really do their job properly, the kitchen was absolutely DISGUSTING, it was left dirty by other travellers but the staff made no effort to clean it up we had to complain to get something done, the bin was left overflowing with rubbish for 3 days, and was still left when we checked out, it was a health hazard and they should be fined for it. We definitely would not reccomend this hostel to anyone!!!!!!!

Comments: The room was okay but the bed wasn't made. The location was great for cafes and shops etc although not right in the centre of Adelaide. However, the kitchen was disgusting - there was one hob and one microwave. The whole room looked like it hadn't finished being built and we saw someone trying to hit something on the floor of the kitchen with their flipflop....didn't inspire us to stay!

Comments: a very small and old building, and is mainly a japenese hangout -very easy to miss when looking for it! About 20 mins walk from the main city centre. Also the reception is only open from 7am til 7pm, so if wishing to check-in after that it's impossible, or would need special arrangements. No airport pick up, though the free breackfast, rice and cheese cake is true enough. overall reasonably nice place, though would probably stay nearer to the city centre next time.
