Comments: The place is amazing!!!! Was the highlight of my trip. Good price and everything brand new. It's not in Venice itself, but it's really easy to take the bus wich takes about 15 minutes to get to Venice. I would definitelly stay there again.

Comments: We had an okay stay at Ca' Danieli, but would not return there. It was quite far from Venice, and there are no services within walking distance of the accomodation. It would be appropriate for those with a car. We did not find the staff particularly friendly, particularly Paula's daughter. Within our first 1/2 hour of being there, she asked that our two small children (ages 1 and 4) not destroy the room. This was completely unmerited.

Comments: The hostel was, of course, a little out of the way... but it is GORGEOUS! We were livin in style here. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was comparable to a Marriott. The only problem we had was finding the hostel the first night. The directions we received (apparently from trav) were a little off... I'll try to get that fixed. Also, at the main road from the hostel, make a left and wake about four minutes. Visit the Marco Polo wine shop... 1 liter of great wine for 3 Euro!

Comments: Very nice place, a little far from Venice, but worth the trouble! Very quiet, large and brand new room. They don't speak english, it was a bit of a problem. Breakfast was a little poor also, it's not worth paying the 5 Euros they charge.

Comments: This place is more like an upscale hotel. Brand new and immaculate. Great lady too (though she only speaks Italian!). Very clean and very nice! Very safe too - locked gate and the doors/windows are from a military bunker. Only MINOR con is the location - small sidestreet that´s hard to find at night. Close to bus route and easy drive to the island though. WELL worth the price. Best hostel so far.

Comments: Ca Danieli is not a hostel. it is a beautiful 12 room hotel with the nicest italian grandmother running the place. so clean and new. downside is very hard to find (dont recommend trying at night) and a bus ride from both venice and the train station. but if you have a while to figure out the surroundings, i would stay here again. ps. dont try to take a picture of the grandmother.

Comments: It is very easy to find if you come from Marco Polo airport. To Venice center it takes 15 min by bus. (2,5 € one way). Always ask for student price for tickets!!! (I didn't know and I paid the whole amount). The place is very nice, green and calm. Althougt it is not far from the airport. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a night life better take something direct in Venice. Althougt there are some night buses as well.It is exellent place for a stay in Venice.

Comments: Very beautiful, nice and secure with a locked gate. The only downside was the location. It was a little far from the city and the bus system was confusing. However, we loved this place and would stay there again. Use the kitchen!

Comments: This is a great place to stay to avoid the bustle of Venice. The number out the front doesn't match, but don't be deterred. The room was super clean, and really comfortable. It is easy to get to Venice with the 5 bus, just make sure you get the driver to stop at via Piovega, opposite the Fiat dealership, not in Teressa, to avoid a walk. We would efinately stay here a again.

Comments: This is a developing bed and breakfast/serviced apartments with a lot of potential. Make sure you have a phrase book with you as the lady running the place cannot speak english. Also if you book through a website, call to confirm the booking. We showed up and the booking had been confirmed by trav but the lady had no idea we were coming.Everything worked out in the end. The rooms are new - very clean and nice bathrooms too with plenty of room.
