| Comments: When guests arrive the staff should show guests how to turn on heater and hot water. I spent 2 days with no heat or hot water even when I mentioned this to staff. Finally I was told about the different switches after 2 days and had to turn on every switch in the apartment to finally get heat and hot water. |
