| Comments: The location is terrific, i enjoy it a lot. However, the room's cleanliness and quality can be improved. I need to mention this, there's no lift for clients. When you are disabled or you have loads of luggage to carry, you have to think about it. |

| Comments: I felt lied to. Did not look like the pictures at all. We were in the "2nd building" that looks like a run-down shack. Terrible. |

| Comments: This was a really good place to stay. Not far at all from Earls court tube stop which is handy if coming from Heathrow as the stop is on the Picadilly line. The room was small but perfect really for me as it had a double bed and ensuite. The staff were great also. It is in a very good location too. |

| Comments: I thought I booked a smoke free room, but I could still smell smoke from other rooms, not very pleasant... Hotel is rather noisy, specially if your room is above reception, like mine was. Breakfast is very poor, I chose to have breakfast out two out of four times. Staff is very friendly and can help with all kinds of questions.
Location is good for exploring city, only couple of stops on three major underground lines into the city.
I certainly would consider staying again, but would ask for room higher up and at back of hotel. |

| Comments: I stayed in a single room with private bathroom. The room was clean and very small. The hotel was noisy however, even though it is located on a calm street. I guess that the problem lied in the fact that the walls are thin and my window couldn´t be closed thanks to the antenna cable to the tv that ran through the gap. BUT, the staff are great. I have never had the pleasure to deal with staff this friendly which is pretty impressive knowing that I´ve stayed at a lot of way fancier hotels than this.
Prices are fairly expensive but considered cheap in London and the location is superb. I probably would stay here again. |

| Comments: I like this Hotel. It's only 2 stars but they make up for it with a smashing breakfast and a very hospitable crew. My single room w/bath was a small room with even smaller bath/shower but was very clean. Never could get the water temperature stay consistent though and the tv was from the 50's. Bedding was clean & crisp. Someone was always at the front desk with a smile, very helpful people. Will help with planning tours, advice on which subway to take...I was very impressed. They even loaned me an umbrella when I asked where to purchase one. Key has to be turned in each time you leave the building. They thought it might get lost(?). I'm a female traveling alone and I felt safe. WiFi worked good - 15pounds for a week-unlimited. Breakfast was very good with the regular cold cerals & toast but which also included fresh cut pineapples, fresh bananas and oranges, meat, cheese, fresh sliced tomatoes and croissants. The kitchen crew serve you coffee/tea/chocolate - brought to your table. Only things missing were eggs - but then it wouldn't be continental would it:) There's a tiny slow lift which was good since I was on the 3rd floor. I'd go back. Great bargin for the price. Around the corner from Earls Court underground - very accessible. I was gone most of each day so I'm not aware of how much fun was there. |

| Comments: Ok, so it's not exactly the Ritz or the Hilton but this hotel is located in the heart of the very fashionable Earl's Court and is within 2 or 3 minutes walking distance of Earl's Court Tube Station. Furthermore, it is only 35 minutes by Tube from Heathrow and it is very convenient.
I understand that it is a family-run hotel and you couldn't meet a friendlier or more helpful bunch of people -they can't do enough for you! Each day that I returned to the hotel I was handed the key [without stating which room I was in] and greeted by name. Yes, 4 or 5 star hotels are great but the warm welcome that I received here excelled this hotel far beyond anything I have experience in top end of the market hotels.
The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff have time for you. Ask them anything about London and they will give you the best [and friendliest]advice.
And would I come back here again? Absolutely!!! |

| Comments: For 55 pounds per night in a 2-star hotel, we thought we'd have a regular-sized room, instead of one which could have been likened to a cell, it was so tiny. |

| Comments: We lived in a Ensuite with a double bed and own bathroom with a tub. Even though the room was small it more than suited our needs.
It's very close (2 min. max) to Earl's Court subway where you can take the Piccadilly line or District line and restaurants and shops where plenty. The staff was more than helpful and made it first priority if you had any special requests. All in all I had a great time there |

| Comments: Our reservation was inexplicably cancelled by trav so it came as a shock when we were told by the receptionist that it was cancelled. The hotel was very helpful in accommodating us - giving us a discounted rate for one night once they'd realized what happened to us. Since ours was a 2 night stay, they kept us well informed of their availability (since they, and all other nearby hotels, were fully booked). The staff were delightfully courteous and thoroughly helpful. |
