Quite small place with only four rooms so you could easily get to know everybody staying there if you happen to be there at the same time. The staff was very helpfull. Might not be a good place if you are allergic to dogs as the owner has two dogs.

It was in an excellent location, very quickly and easily reached from the city centre (Piazza Bra) and the train station. Breakfast was very good and everyone was very friendly. The directions need to say "as you reach the park, not behind the park" and also you can't just arrive when you feel like it, they need to know exactly when you are arriving. The owners aren't thre 24/7.

Although we realised you could open all the bedrooms with our bedroom key (we realised this because we had friends staying in the next room!) - this was a huge concern in regards to security. Our other concern was that we were charged an extra €10 for parking which wasn't mentioned before our arrival. However, the kitchen was stocked with free snacks, tea and coffee! We felt very at home here.

Location is great, few minutes away from the train station, and downtown. Very clean and private. Breakfast is awesome, a lot of variety of stuffs. The persons who own the B&B are very friendly and kind, they put a thought in every details. The room we stayed at was unbealiable beautifull, like a princess room. It had little wet towels and a cute notebook as presents. Totally recomended!

Our room was beautiful, the bathrooms spotlessly clean and we were given a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even lent us complimentary cushions for our trip to the apitheatre! Would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B.
