Breakfast was included in the price, and there was a great selection. Free Internet was a nice surprise. Room was clean, nicely decorated and had an old charm. Overnight receptionist could not speak any English or German (making it impossible to communicate, a bit of a worry), but day staff were great and very helpful

The hotel itself is EXCELLENT...clean rooms, good staff, security, tasty breakfast....obviously not a hostel so don't expect any happy hours or bars to meet people but an excellent spot to crash, a very good budget hotel for a hostel price. And 5 min walk from the train station - a huge bonus. Thanks from Russia!

We had a private room and it was so cute - reminded us of a Swiss chalet. Breakfast had a lot more available than I expected, and overall it was a wonderful stay - so wonderful, we actually stayed a second night - and high quality at a good price.

The breakfast was good, rooms clean and simple and the staff helpful. It is definately not 4 star standards but you pay for what you get and I don't feel they are charging 4 star prices. The hotel made a good base for our trip and there is no reason I would not go back.
