He helped us with our luggage up and down the very steep four flights of stairs. He doesn't stay there, but you can send a text or leave a message if you need sth. there are lots of dvds in english for those tired of spanish tv. very spacious apt. close to the beach and somewhat close to the city of science and arts.

In alternativa per dormire vi consiglio anche il divano: ci ho passato tre notti e ho dormito benissimo! Per il resto, appartamento bello e ben tenuto, posizione non male!

The guy who helped us was nice but was away all other four days. So are garbage- cans where soon full. Overall a good place to stay. Nice rooms and kitchen. Its located very close to the beach, bars and transport links to get around Valencia. We only planned a two day visit but liked it so much we extended our stay to a week mainly due to friendly staff who ensured we had a good time and partied hard. Its by far the best hostel we stayed in around Spain and would recommend it to all travellers. Overall it was amazing.

Transport to and fro the city centre is easy with a variety of transport methods situated close by. The apartment is very clean, spacious and warms you with its character. Great stay!
