When they came home drunk at 3am and started wrestling ,swearing,screaming until 4-30am she locked herself in her room until the Police were called. Gave a refund for that one night (big deal).I was there with my wife and 2 adult daughters in the next room to the idiots.

I would recommend it to everybody visiting Torquey! The only thing to make it more perfect would be ligths near everybodys bed to read or do something else and not disturb anybody! :)

Newly renovated, immaculately clean, comfortable: comfortable beds, unbelievably luxurious bathrooms, great kitchen, dining room, lounge room, lovely big back garden to sit in. Showers on meters and the one we tried didn't work just gobbled money. We arrived later than planned but there was no note from staff and they did not answer cellphone. Would not go there again.

The city centre is in walking distance (12-15 min) and some small corner shops are closed by. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and spacious - for the ones who love cooking ;-)

Showers were a bit poor - having to insert 50p to activate the shower (although this is reimbursed) can become annoying.
