But, that is the only negative. The staff were fantastic and do yourself a favour and get Susana to cook you a traditional spanish meal... the baked rice with spanish sausage is amazing, and its a huge 3 course meal! Make sure you also visit the fresh market in the area, it was a gr8 experience!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating - 30th September 2008 Couple 25-30 4/5 Comments: The B&B was a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Valencia beaches, and we definitely wished that we had known how great the beach (and accomodations) were, and wished we had stayed longer. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating (we had to check in 4 hours later than our scheduled time, and they met us at the door), and we were moved into a 2 room suite (we only booked a single room) which had tons of character and comfort. With only 3 rooms, the house was intimate and quiet. The shared bathroom was large and nice, and an adjacent kitchen with outdoor dining for breakfast was a great way to start our day. It was a 5 minute walk from a tram, which was directly connected to the metro stations, and we had our own keys to come and go as we pleased. The staff spoke fluent english, and were also great cooks! We took advantage of their homemade paella dinner, which was delicious. We would reccomend this B&B to anyone, and hope to visit again.

They say in their add it feels like home,but it was H * LL!

Friendly staf however ur paying for location not service or comfort. We felt watched const. Didnt realy get the space and privacy we would have liked. Vry nice people! More like bckpakers than B&B, VERY BASIC! Beding Jst a sheet and pillow, no blankets. Brkfasts consists of stale -out-of-paket- food or bread. 4 the price i wld have expcted the spanish equiv of a full eng brkfast incuded! Careful paying by card, there are xtra charges. Very friendly

It is a liitle far from the center though, so if you want to go out, maybe a place in the center is better. If you like the beach it is perfect!

Also, several things listed as included you don't get such as the parasol, cooler box. The presence of hot water was a bit sporadic. The major plus is, the beach is across the road. And there's a plentiful bread based buffet style breakfast. Not romantic as described, its just far from town and is quiet.

The staff treated us like family, the meals were divine and we recomend and its in a fantastic location. You have a self service breakfast all day, u can borrow beach towels, umbreallas and beach chairs and the staff love to have a chat and always want to help. Definately recomend staying here its by far our favourite place.

We only got (really bad) breakfast the first day, while we stayed there for a week. Everything in the house looked very old and didn\'t work very well. 10 minutes after we arrived the owner of the house came in and yelled at us \'cause we had to do the dishes, which weren\'t ours because we just arrived

The guy is too lazy to meet anyone, he didn't care that we had to sleep on the beach from 6am to 11am, only the woman was nice. Many others were unlucky to call him and get rejected.

If you ask, dinner and lunch can be made for you, and the food is quite good. The people in charge of the property, Jason and Adrienne, were extremely nice, and went out of their way to make it a special weekend for me. Will definitely stay there again.

Jason was also very knowledgable of the local areas and was able to highlight places to go out.
