They did however have a lot brochures to choose from and a computer for you to use the internet. There was a bus tour that stopped right in front of the hostel. It took you everywhere in the city and allowed you to see all the historical places.

It was quite quiet instead, very good. The girls who worked during the day was quite serviceminded and nice, but not the girl who worked during the night.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Finland 28th July 2008 Female 25-30 3/5 Comments: Location is very central, one of the bus tours leaves almost from the doorstep (buy the ticket in the bus if you want to pay with a credit card) -- another (better) leaves from Plaza Catalunya (5min walk). Note that people are allowed to smoke in the hallways AND in the breakfast room, and you have to ask for a non-smoking room. Bathroom in the hall was nice and clean. Our room was tiny and with a window to an odd space: nothing to see but a lot to hear... mostly it was fairly quiet though.

The place is more like a little hotel (with some rooms sharing bathrooms). You get a free breaky (muffins, pasteries, coffee, apples), and they have a fridge in the reception you can use which is handy, oh free internet is just a bonus! Raz

Perfect launchpad for Barcelona adventures. Safety deposit box in room. Room cleaned and given fresh towels every day. Very quiet hostel which suited us. Maybe not the place to be if expecting the boisterous hostel atmosphere for partying backpackers.
