On arrival he sat down with us for at least 30mins going through maps and sights to go and see and great places to go and eat, he also speaks fantastic english. Anything we needed he was just a call away. Rooms were nice, as was bathroom. Large kitchen but limited cooking utensils, but enough to get you by. Everything was very clean. Great location. Right next to the train station and in walking distance of the whole city.

The touristinformation and taxidrivers told us that there was no street named Osca in Valencia. There is, but it is called D'Osca or try Huesca, then most of the locals will know it. And it's number 6 - NOT 4... But a very nice place.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 28th August 2008 Female 18-24 3/5 Comments: Obviously just started up- no table or chairs in kitchen/'common area',only 1 bathroom for 4 double or triple rooms and the toilet inside which was annoying.But excellent location and nice rooms.Only cleaned once in the 2 days we were there though!After initial 'misunderstanding' conflict about advertised room prices (which he did come around about), the owner,when he was actually there,was quite helpful

Its location is great close to all the sights of Valencia. Owner is a nice guy which is very helpfull. If you don't mind your place to be basic and to have a cold shower, I can recommend a stay in this place!
