Our room was clean and because it wasn't ready when we checked in, they upgraded us which was nice. comfortable beds, clean showers and the location isn't far from downtown/shopping/restaurants, etc. staff is really helpful and willing to look up activities for you and make recommendations .

The room was clean and quiet. Tip : book through Trav because if you book directly on the hotel website it's much more expensive.

When I first arrived i wasnt quite sure what to expect, but after staying there for 4 nights i can honestly say i would go back there again. The room was small, but clean, with my own bathroom and shower, fresh towels daily, clean sheets, iron, coffee maker, satelite TV, and an armoir to hang clothes. There is also a very good, but expensive, restaurant on the first floor. What truely made my experience great was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The concierge service was better than i have expereinced at four star hotels for over 200 a night, no joke. Give it a try, you wont be dissappointed.

The entrance through the stone arch and the waterfall by the outdoor dining at Greene's restaurant lent a nice atmosphere. Had lunch at Isaac's which was nice as well. A short walk up one street and across the river to the bus station and to Patrick Street and all the action. Would stay there again, definitely!
