It was located in an excellant location, a short train ride away from the city of Valencia and a short walk away from the beach. I would definately stay at the Beach Guesthouse again!

The location was good with respects to getting to Valencia Nord. But I did find that the room smelled of old cigarettes and that someone had been in our room without asking. This place was ok but please note that this is NOT a youth hostel!!!

It's a guy's tiny spare bedroom. The location is close to the beach but it's a little way out of town. Fridge and bathroom could do with a clean out and there was the stench of cigarettes throughout the house - unpleasant. However the owner was a good host, very informative and helpful. But if you're looking for a place where you can mix it with other backpackers, you'd better look elsewhere.

The owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities including free WiFi access and a huge shower.

The location is very good: a 10 minutes walk to a really nice beach where you also can find a lot of restaurants. If you want to go to the city you will not need more than 20 minutes. The guy who manages this flat is really nice and helps you with advice if you need one (Which restaurant to go to , etc.) We had really great 4 days there and would recommend it.
