This is the only hostal which I have had that occur. Other than that, the place is great and I would highly recommend it.

Really need lockers as there was nowhere to store valuables. 1 fridge is not enough for all the guests. A couple of minor additions and you have yourself a great hostel.

Right in the middle of the Miami beach strip, the rest of the hotel is spot on too, very clean and modern with excellent facilities. The staff are very keen and welcoming with the exception of the ignorant french woman, all in all the best hostel ive stayed at so far( so thats out of 6).

I wouldn\'t count on breakfast as it really is just two slices of bread if you are lucky and the bar is often out of something...not withstanding that a nice hosteland the location more than makes up for it.

This is a good hostel but definitely not a great one. Location and the rooms are excellent. Quieter rooms at the back. But it is let down by poor staff, a lack of organisation. Internet down for all 4 days. No staff cared. Was told "it's not my job to fix it." Breakfast is two bits of toast. If the staff can get their act together then it has potential. But maybe try somewhere else until it does.

Clean rooms, but bit noisy.. Breakfast wasn\'t breakfast!! I don\'t know how can they say that breakfast is included, because breakfast was 2 pieces of toast and coffee. I tried to take 4 pieces of toast, but immediately one staff member asked how many did I take. I had to give those 2 extra pieces back. I wouldn\'t call that breakfast!!

There are bars and clubs just few feet away. What can be better on this price??? The place is new, clean and just beautiful. The staff is great and they arrange parties for the guests on the roof with the hottub :) And there are tost&coffe breakfast. Deffinetely coming back!
