Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Canada 21st July 2008 - - 1/5 Comments: 30 minutes from the main train station by tram, and then a 10 minute walk by foot.. 30 minutes outside of the city... nothing to eat in the area except for Mc Donalds...seemed like an off the highway motel... this hotel should not even be on the hostel world's website... was bitten many times in the middle of the night... would not recommend or stay here ever again..

They need to finish their directions as getting there by tram is quite easy, but they do not tell you where to go once you have got off the tram.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 3rd May 2006 Female 18-24 1/5 Comments: I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied in this hotel. For one, it was a 20 minute drive away from the center. It is located in what appears to be an American truckstop. There are only other 2nd rate hotel/motel places and a McDonalds in this section of town. From there a bus or taxi is the only way to reach anything else. When bringing our situation of misunderstanding of location and expectations to the front desk we explained the need for an early check-out. The receptionist disrespectfully dealt with us as she laughed while the manager assisted us. We were not given any money back and charged for two nights stay when we only stayed one. I would suggest to ANYONE - no matter the money situation - to not stay here. Backpackers, this is completely undesireable for you. Those with a car, perhaps you would be treated correctly unlike myself. As a travler that relies upon trav.com for most of my stays, I would be pleased to see this hotel removed from the site. Thank you for your time.
