| Comments: The hours for the shuttle service are restrictive, you can't visit Florence too much without penalizing yourself by paying a cab. However, if you're looking to relax in Tuscany, I could not recommend a better place! |

| Comments: very good overall value. restaurant food was excellent in the italian near the icecream parlour and we were expecially impressed with the effort the restaurant owner, max, went to to make each guests visit special and memorable. |

| Comments: Refused to let us move rooms when too noisy. Its a holiday camp. DO NOT go here if you want to visit Florence each day, you need to get up at 7.30 without fail to get the bus, and also get the bus back at 7 in the evening.isnt in Florence, its 20+ miles away. pay a few euros more and go in the city center. You wont have to pay 10euro a day to get into Florence and back |

| Comments: Definitely not for backpackers. The transportation possibilities are horrible and most of the staff were completely useless for info. If you want a nice, relaxing vacay in Tuscany, then it's fantastic...as long as you don't want to go anywhere. |

| Comments: loved it here its like a resort with 4 restaurants a bar and you have a gym, spa, and three swimming pools to choose from! they also do horse riding, mini golf tennis etc!!! it is far from the centre though so if you are wanting to go into florence every day then dont stay here! they do have a shuttle which runs to the train station but it only runs twice a day 8.30am and 18.40pm to and from the train station which takes you into florence! the train takes anything from 30mins to almost an hour depending what one you get! on our last night i noticed bugs in my bed however i think it was jus because my bed had been beside an open window all day however my boyfriend is covered in bites so there might have been bed bugs! wouldnt put me off going back, i might jus take a sleeping bag next time!!! |

| Comments: this is very much a family camp. my two friends and I had a good time but we were pretty out of place. also, don't stay here if you want to do more than a day trip to florence because florence is a bit of a treck to get to. |

| Comments: Not in Florence at all. It says trains only take 20min but it takes an hour. Bus only goes to and from train station 2 times a day and they charge an insane amount of money for a 5min ride. staff was mean and not helpful at all except the one info guy. If you want to actually see florence then don't stay at this hostel. |

| Comments: Great. We booked a 3 bed the first night and then a twin the next 2 nights because trav said they were full. But when we got there they just gave us a cabin. with 4 beds. it was awesome. And the shuttle bus came and picked us up from the train station. But we stayed an extra night and we had to change rooms to a small 3 bed trailer, which was more expensive. Dont know why. |

| Comments: The staff was friendly, but there were big language barriers. Seems to be directed towards German travellers. Chip card for payment throughout campsite is a good idea. Restaurants and Market were excellent. As well as the swimming pools and spa. Clean and comfy.
Bad directions to Horse Ranch. Need more signs.
Didnt understand why we paid more for a smaller room on the 4th night. |

| Comments: the location is 30 min from the florance then you have to get a bus to the village which drops you off at 8.30 and picks you up at 6.40 other wise you are stuck on the resort which is mainly for familys |

| Comments: it was not what we expected but we had a great time there. it is basically a family resort. you live in little huts that lock up. we froze the first night but we asked for blankets and they gave us more blankets. it is about 30 minutes out of florence. you have to take a train to the city, and then the shuttle bus picks you up. the shuttle bus only comes onece a day, so that causes some time restraints. would definitely stay there again. |

| Comments: This place is awesome! If you want to spend a lot of time in Florence, don't stay here. It is pretty far away, although totally feasable to do day trips to Florence and other places. It is a great place - like a resort - with great restaurants and great facilities. And it is set in the hills of Tuscany. |

| Comments: Location is a bit out of the way, and we would have liked to have stayed at the hostel for half the day and play mini golf and relax, but they only had one shuttle bus at 8.30am. So we always had to catch it. |

| Comments: This place was really amazing for the price!
Ok, its not right in the centre so it's a bit annoying if you are planning on staying while you are visiting florence but if you are able to stick to the timetable of the bus its amazing! |

| Comments: This campground is beautiful, with full four star facilities. That being said, it is FAR from florence, and costs about 9 euros round trip to get in and out, as well as at least an hour. The camp shuttle is only twice a day, so make sure you plan accordingly. |

| Comments: The cabins were absolutely FREEZING. Even after getting spare blankets and wearing thermals and a jumper to bed it was REALLY cold at night - in late March. It's also quite a way from the train station so u have to either catch their bus (there's only one a day to the station that left too early for us) or catch a taxi for around €10. If u had a car the location would be good and it has great facilities, no cooking facilities tho. |

| Comments: The location was great, but if you are going to be staying in the cabins that are the cheapest, it is very cold, we went during the time of late march, and it was so cold. It was bad. But the overall place is great. I think is would be great for people who have campers. |

| Comments: The camp site could be so much better. They dont accept cash onsite and so you have to credit a swipe card with money then use the card to pay for everything (hassel!). The staff are not helpful in any way and regularly lie to you about how far it is to the nearest village (they'll have you believe its 8 -10 km which it isnt - all to stop you spending money anywhere but their overpriced shop. The cabins are rubbish with no storage/ac/facilities of any kind, and if, like me, you're unlucky enough to get an inconsiderate div next door to you dont hope on getting any sleep- the walls are paper thin and you can hear everythin (and I mean everything!)
On the up side, the camp site has plenty to do (although not much thats cheap / free) and has a nice atmosphere. |
