Very friendly staff. Small room, but the accommodations were absolutely fabulous! And there's air conditioning!

They did tell us about the times breakfast would be served, but did not tell us that there was a charge for the breakfast. We were surpised when an additional 9 euros per person was added to our bill when we checked out. That information should be made clear by the staff. .

When we first got there we were told where breakfast is served thinking its included in the price. When it came to paying the bill, they charged us. The cleaners woke us up every morining very early yelling outside our door.

I am very satisfactory about their management under a hotel group. The room is equipped with split-type air conditioner (which is very nice in summer indeed). Staff are generally polite and helpful. Good location in Lyon because it is near to major tourrist spots.

The tourist map has it abbreviated given it´s such a short street. Great location though when you know where you´re going The staff seemed a little cold. Internet is expensive, so we used the net cafe in the train station instead.

Sleeping area was small but nice and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's all old ppl and business men who stay there. one thing negative about it is that you have to pay for internet, which costs 8 euro per hour. such a ripoff!!so I checked out after one night, moved to a hotel down the road called hotel geneve, not as nice but heaps cheaper and free internet connection in the room.

However, Vieux Lyon is the place to be, and this isn't necessarily close by. There's a quick metro line there, though, if you're willing to walk a few minutes to the station. Avoid the area about 5 minutes south of the hotel area, unless you like African prostitutes.
