| Comments: Its a bit out of town centre, but the bus to there is really good and you can eat at some good places nearby until pretty late in the evening.
Being out of town centre means its quiet enough for a good sleep. Also, breakfast is normally included in the price, as are towels. Great place. |

| Comments: no special charm or fun, room ok, just the necessary cleanliness in bath. But direct at motorway, very easy to go to the airport, and the staff present 24h/d is nice and helpfull. |

| Comments: Jacinto Benavente is a safe, clean place to get your head down at night. it is about 15-20 minute bus ride away from the centre of malaga. The rooms are very basic, but that is reflected in the price. I would advise you to get a spanish phrasebook as malaga is not like many other spanish resorts, they all speak spanish!! If you are looking for cheap n cheerfull and you dont mind the short bus ride into town every day, i would reccomend Jacinto Benavente to anyone. |

| Comments: I wanted a place near the Motorways, with easy access to Malaga City, and to be near the Airport. There is also free parking on the street. and free wi-fi. A lot of friendly students live here during term. People on reception were fantastic.
Would stay here again. |

| Comments: Res.Univ. Jacinto Benavente is fairly far from the main attractions in Malaga, but the bus system is good so getting to and from isn't much of a problem. The breakfast is extremly bread heavy. In fact, all they served was bread, cookies, and muffins. The staff spoke varying amounts of English, but everyone was nice and very helpful. The room and bathrooms I used were all very clean. I would stay here again for sure. |

| Comments: This hostel was a great place to sleep - but not a great location. We had to catch a bus and ride about 15 minutes in and out of town, but we knew that ahead of time. Breakfast in the morning was good - and the staff was great. Very clean, too! |

| Comments: Basically a college dorm, so kept pretty clean. 24 hour staff and strong wooden doors with bolt locks to each room, so security was not an issue.Staff was mostly helpful and free maps of the city are provided but if you only speak English well, some of the staff members basically can't speak English. Location is far from airport if you travel by bus (over 1 hour travel- so I recommend taxi to and from airport if you have a lot of luggage) but it's only about 10-15 minutes from the old city center by bus (1 euro) and in a seemingly safe area. If you are visiting during Semana Santa, note there are bus diversions for the processions, so you may have to take taxis or walk farther to the bus. 4 bathrooms in our hallway so the bathrooms with extremely small showers can be avoided. Water temperature a little tough to regulate and shower heads not great. Towels provided for free if needed. Not really a place to meet people but there were no policies on having alcohol on the premises. You could fill up on breakfast but it was mostly bread. Protein options were milk, colakan, and lard spreads. Jam and butter also provided. Overall, not a bad place at a good price. |

| Comments: It is way north of the city. Although it may look like its in Malaga, you have to take a bus to the end of the line to get to the hostel. Not really worth it |

| Comments: This place is quite a long way out of town which means you have to catch a bus or a taxi to get anywhere. This is OK if you are aware of this but based on the description on the website we expected it to be closer to things, especially the beach. Similar to one of the other reviews, we also experienced being unable to get in to the building since the reception was unattended. It was about 20 mins before someone came back to the desk. This was when we first arrived - not a great start! |

| Comments: I stayed in my own room at Jacinto... and actually ended up having 2 beds. The room itself was tiny, but I wasn't in Malaga to stay in the room. It was perfect for my needs and quite private. Though it is not located right in the city, the bus situation is relatively easy and dependable. I would stay there again. Thumbs up. |
