Staff was very helpful and besides the tent doors being velcro, it felt very safe. I would stay there again for sure. (oh yea its about a 10-15 min walk to the center and the walk back uphill is about 20 min- its not the worst but you wont be going back and forth alot!)

Facilities are good. Renting a tent is an inexpensive accommodation. Just remember to take a torch as the tents are just that, with no power. Not a complaint, just information for those who may choose that option. Overall I highly recommend this site.

It is roughly 20 mins walk to town, but going back at night can be a bit scarey-you also need to walk up quite a lot to get back, but the view of Florence was superb! No in winter

The tents can be a little noisy if you are closer to the road (and from September on you will definitely need a second blanket) but that just makes the camping feel more genuine.

It has a nice view of the city, but its a bit of a walk to get there. The bus stops right at the campground.

The tents are great really roomy, bit annoying having to show ur passport every time you want internet (also have to pay!!) But there s a really good atmoshere and ya meet lots of people!
